Eligibility And Accounts

  • You must use a valid account and provide accurate billing and sign-in information.
  • Until stronger safety controls are deployed, the public build is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a service fault or security incident.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for unlawful activity, abuse, payment fraud, security attacks, or repeated material violations of these terms.

Generated Content

  • Narrative text, simulation controls, and CG imagery are generated dynamically by MDL and may vary significantly between sessions.
  • The service may combine generated output with authored interface, audio, character, and world assets.
  • The service can make mistakes, produce broken continuity, or generate unwanted output.
  • The operator reserves the right to block or review prompts or outputs that are unlawful, abusive, or unsafe.
  • You should not rely on generated output as factual, professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.

Content Rights

You keep any rights you already have in prompts or other content you submit. Subject to applicable law and the rights of other parties, you may use generated narrative output from your own play sessions for personal, non-misleading purposes. Monte Lua, MDL, authored characters, world materials, interface assets, audio, logos, platform code, and hosted-game package materials remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you only for using the service.

By submitting prompts, feedback, support messages, or other account content, you grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, modify, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service and to comply with law. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, exploitation, or rights-infringing material.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety, billing, or account controls.
  • Do not use the service to generate or distribute content that would be illegal in the target market.
  • Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
  • Do not upload or prompt for sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, terrorist or violent extremist material, malware, credential theft, fraud, or targeted abuse.

Paid Features

  • Paid features may include recurring access plans, included usage allowances, and one-off credit purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled according to the billing cadence shown at purchase time.
  • Credit purchases are single purchases that add usage balance to the player account that completed checkout.
  • Pricing, currency, billing cadence, and any material purchase terms should be shown before payment is completed.
  • Taxes, if any, may be calculated at checkout or shown on the payment receipt depending on the buyer's location and applicable law.
  • For recurring subscriptions, checkout must disclose that the plan renews automatically until canceled and must provide a practical cancellation path through account support or any self-service billing portal made available for the account.

Service Availability And Remedies

The operator should use reasonable care to keep the service available, but outages, model failures, and billing issues can happen. If the paid service is not supplied correctly or is materially defective, the player may be entitled to support remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair, reperformance, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Warranty Limits

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without promises that generated content will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every player or jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions apply only as far as local law permits.

Liability Limits

To the extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Copyright And Takedown Requests

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact support with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorized to act. We may remove or restrict content and accounts where required or appropriate.

Changes To The Service Or Terms

We may update the service and these terms as Monte Lua, MDL, billing flows, safety controls, and applicable law change. The updated date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes will be handled with additional notice where required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state law governing Continual MI LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or state may still apply and are not waived by these terms.

Support And Complaints

Support requests, billing incidents, privacy requests, and complaints should be routed through the listed support contact. Depending on the buyer's location, mandatory consumer or privacy rights may apply in addition to these terms and are not waived by this page.
