Continual MI, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. References to "Continual MI", "we", "us", or "our" mean Continual MI, LLC.

You may use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users, compromise security, abuse infrastructure, or violate applicable rules.

Some features may require an account, payment, or access approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.

Continual MI works across research, software, games, community surfaces, and local-first hardware tooling. Product availability, features, pricing, and supported platforms may change over time.

Open-source software may be governed by the license included with the relevant repository or distribution. Those license terms control for that software.

Paid services, subscriptions, usage credits, or digital products are billed through third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the relevant product interface.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Continual MI websites, branding, text, images, product designs, and other content are owned by Continual MI or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, resell, or misuse our content or services except as allowed by law, a written agreement, or an applicable open-source license.

Services are provided as available and may contain experimental features, research prototypes, generated content, or third-party integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
