How Monte Lua handles subscriptions, credit purchases, cancellations, billing problems, and refund requests for digital services.

Immediate Digital Supply

Monte Lua is a digital service. Paid access and credit purchase entitlements begin promptly after purchase. By choosing to start the digital service immediately after payment, you acknowledge that any cancellation or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply under local law may be reduced or lost once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Subscriptions

  • Continual Plus is intended to be a recurring subscription with periodic renewal until canceled.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not remove already-paid access mid-period unless the billing terms say otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.
  • If the paid service is not supplied correctly, consumer-law remedies may still apply even when the subscription was otherwise valid.

How To Cancel

Subscription cancellation requests may be made through any self-service billing portal shown in the account interface or by contacting support. If you subscribed online, we will provide an online cancellation path that does not require a phone call. Cancellation requests should include the account email and enough billing detail to identify the subscription.

Credits

  • Credits are intended as one-off purchases that add balance to a specific player account.
  • If payment succeeds but the entitlement is not granted correctly, the operator should repair the account promptly or refund the payment.
  • Refunded or reversed credit purchases should be reconciled against locally granted usage records.
  • Used, consumed, or expired credits are generally not refundable except where required by law or where the service failed to provide the purchased entitlement.

Refund Triggers

  • Payment captured but entitlement not granted.
  • Material service defects that prevent the paid feature from being used as advertised.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges.
  • Refund obligations arising under applicable consumer law, card-network dispute outcomes, or specific support promises.
  • Except where required by law or expressly promised at purchase time, completed digital purchases and consumed usage entitlements are generally not refundable.

Refund Review Process

Refunds and billing adjustments are reviewed through support. We may ask for account email, Stripe receipt details, approximate purchase time, and a short explanation of the issue. Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method through the payment processor, and refunded entitlements may be removed or adjusted from the account.

Billing support can help with failed entitlements, duplicate charges, cancellation questions, refund requests, and chargeback or dispute follow-up. Local consumer rights may provide additional remedies that are not limited by this page.
