Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Continual MI digital products, subscriptions, and services.

Digital Services

Continual MI primarily provides software, digital services, research surfaces, game experiences, community access, and related online products.

Unless a checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, charges for delivered digital services and consumed usage are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription through the relevant account or billing interface when available, or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Usage Credits and Tokens

Usage-based credits, tokens, or similar balances are intended for use inside Continual MI products and may expire or be limited as described at purchase.

Consumed usage credits are not refundable. Unused paid balances may be reviewed case by case if a product issue prevents reasonable use.

Requesting Help

If something was billed incorrectly or a product did not work as expected, email [email protected] with the account email, payment date, amount, and a short description of the issue.

We review support requests in good faith and may issue credits, refunds, or other remedies where appropriate.
